Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50. 

We also offer Free Pickup if you are local to the 17241 PA zip codes. If you would like to pick up your order, please be sure to click the Pick Up delivery method at checkout. 

We do our best to provide you with the most accurate shipping time estimates as well as the best shipping rates as possible. Because our products are handmade and can be customized, it may take 5-7 business days in order to process, package and ship your order. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email notification complete with tracking number. Please keep in mind that shipping may take longer during special sales and holiday seasons. 

There are certain situations out of our control that we are not responsible for:

• Delays with shipping due to Post Office error
• Products that are lost or damaged in transit (issues should be taken up with USPS). 
• Packages marked "Delivered" by the Post Office, but not received. (See USPS).
• Packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered by customer at checkout
